Residential Design
Residential design will always be at the heart of our practice, striving for that approach that un-locks a sites full potential, delivering on the aspirations of both Private, Commercial and Institutional organisations.
In what has fast become a ‘throw-away’ society, we will always strive for that solution that delivers on Affordability, High Quality and Sustainability, all of which have been embodied in projects that have been specifically developed for Transitional Housing, Supported and Assisted Living as well as the Open Market and BTR Residential Sectors.

Commercial + Industrial Design
This Sector has been very productive one for us over the years, particularly within the Petro-Chemical Industries.
These projects often demand a heavily serviced building envelope with some very challenging environmental control systems; even to the point of being designed to be ‘blast-proof’; but all reflect our core design values representing a High Standard of Quality, Safety and above all Sustainability
Urban Regeneration
We are currently involved in several regeneration projects in Bedford, Kent, Essex and South East London.
These range from small in-fill sites supporting 10-30 residential apartments in a variety of settings, some within Conservation Areas or incorporating Listed Buildings; to large scale mixed developments for up to 850 units, always with a strong residential offer at its core.
To all we bring Imagination and Diversity, with a sense of scale and appropriateness, often within quite challenging circumstances, based on Contextualism and Sustainability.
